If you are not completely satisfied with a product we can arrange a return within 14 days of purchase. This will be applied when the refund is processed. Returns for all items excluding furniture products are free of charge and .uk aim to make the process as simple as possible.Īny furniture items which are no longer required will incur a 35% restock fee. Please include your relevant floor number on the delivery address. Please also ensure that you check that the number of parcels signed for matches the number in the delivery as disputes regarding the number of parcels cannot be entered into at a later date. We require a signature for all deliveries so please ensure someone is available to accept delivery.
We do not deliver to the Channel Islands or PO Box addresses. We also deliver to the Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Northern Ireland but these locations may be subject to extended delivery timescales (typically 48hrs). We deliver to all of the Mainland UK post codes. Please note we don't deliver on UK Bank Holidays. Delivery times are between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Friday evenings, Saturdays and Sundays will be delivered on the following Tuesday. Subject to stock availability orders placed before 5pm Monday to Friday will be delivered next working day. Our standard delivery service is next working day.
